will be the guest speaker at a free community rally this Saturday, March 19, 2011, from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm at Smith Park. The Greater Toledo Urban League invited him to the Glass City so that he could have an opportunity to reach out and speak to our youth about being responsible and getting involved with community service.According to the Greater Toledo Urban League's website, this will be "the biggest event the City of Toledo has ever seen." They also state that "there will be games, information, and performances" in addition to Bill Cosby's appearance.
There will be free t-shirts given to the first 1,000 students. Smith Park is located at Dorr Street and Lawrence Avenue.
