Bharti Kher is a contemporary artist from India that lives and works in Delhi. She is an amazing artist- I cannot believe the intricate detail of the pattern that she has painted on this elephant sculpture. One of the artists that she has been inspired by is Francisco Goya so that is probably what also draws me to her....
